If you purchase personalised wedding stationery you must provide certain information which is added to our internal ordering system. The information maintained in the database includes:
• Name of the Bride and Groom,
• Date of wedding,
• Direct postal address if supplied by customer,
• Visa details - these are held until orders are completed.
The information contained in our database will only be used by Lumsden-Wells Design Studio. If you supply us with your address, we may use your address to send other catalogues which may be of interest IE wedding stationery and wedding accessory catalogues. If for example a proof is required of a personalised wedding Stationery order and no fax number or E-mail address is supplied. The proof will be posted to the delivery address supplied. If sample cards are requested by the website user they will be posted also to the address supplied.

If you place an order online, we only request the information needed to complete the processing of your order and for billing. It may be necessary to share the users personal information with outside delivery companies and to relevant credit card processing companies in order to bill and despatch the order.

User information may be used to compile site statistics and enable us to improve our service and range, but the information does not include any information that is personally identifiable and is not sold to other companies.
