Return Policy

There is a 28 day return policy on non-personalized items. This does not apply to any printed or personalized items, or where a specific colour has been matched, and is providing the following are adhered to:

• The goods are received back in perfect resale condition at our premises and before the date of the event.
• The goods are a current design and not from a discontinued range.
• Any postage charges involved are paid for by the client.
• There is NO returns policy on cameras, table plans, printed or personalized items.
